- Students are eligible for 20 % discount (for school group activities only). Applications are required in advance and school groups must arrive before 4 pm in order to receive the discount.
- The staff may ask you to show a student ID.
- Group discount (20%) available for over 20 persons.
- Persons who are designated as physically or mentally disabled are eligible for free admission. Please show your certificate at the ticket counter. Escort (1 person only) is also admitted for free.
- After 4 PM, the admission fee becomes uniformly 30 % off. Student and Group discounts become void after 4 PM.
- If you already have tickets such as travel coupons or advance tickets, we will refund the difference in price and exchange your tickets for “After 4 PM Tickets” at the ticket counter.
- Re-enter is free during the same day. Please ask staff to receive a re-enter a stamp on your hand.
- Japanese yen & U.S. dollars are exchanged at Today’s rate.
- Credit cards are available (VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club, TS3 Card, J debit)
- Edy service is available.

Tour Car Information
- The car makes an excursion in the park at 8 to 30 minutes intervals.
- The carfare is 200 yen/day (one day excursion ticket). You can choose one-way ticket, 100 yen/ride, also. For more detail, please click here.
- Tour Car which has a lift (accessible to load 2 wheelchairs at once) also provide from November 1st, 2008.
Reminder to Visitors
- No Food or Drink inside
- No Smoking inside
- No Pets inside (except for guide and service dogs).
Service Information
- Strollers and wheelchairs are available at no charge and they are in order of arrival. Please ask staff at the gate or facilities in the park.
- Audio guide (Personal Digital Assistant) will help you to have a self-guided tour.
Advanced reservations are required (Japanese/ English/ Chinese/ Korean).
Free: Available up to 80 persons a day.
